This online event is organised by Innexta in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of Brescia within the framework of the Community Trade Marks and Designs Project. Experts will explore the topic of cybersquatting and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) systems.
Domain name hoarding, whether for unfair competition or illicit financial gain, is a frequent phenomenon in the web environment. Since the ordinary justice system does not offer rapid and concrete means of protection, alternative dispute resolution procedures are becoming increasingly popular in this sector, with the aim of obtaining the reassignment of an abusively registered domain name.
